Millennium Home Health Care Data Breach Details
On January 20, 2025, MHHC became aware of a security breach in which an unauthorized third party gained access to two of its computer servers. The breach, which occurred on January 16, 2025, involved the unauthorized acquisition of patient data, including sensitive health information.
As soon as the incident was discovered, MHHC took immediate action, halting the unauthorized access and engaging leading cybersecurity and forensics specialists to investigate the breach. The organization also reported the incident to U.S. federal law enforcement.
To further protect the impacted individuals, MHHC is offering affected patients complimentary access to credit monitoring and cyber monitoring services. These services include:

Single Bureau Credit Monitoring: Patients will receive alerts when changes occur in their credit files.

Single Bureau Credit Report and Score: A comprehensive report and score will be provided to help patients track their credit status.

Cyber Monitoring: This service will monitor the dark web for any signs of compromised personal information and alert patients if their data is found online.
These services will be available for 12 months from the date of enrollment, providing patients with enhanced protection and peace of mind.
