Texana Bank, operating under Linden Bancshares, Inc., disclosed a cybersecurity incident that resulted in unauthorized access to sensitive personal information. On August 13, 2025, Texana discovered suspicious activity in one of its employee’s email accounts. The bank immediately launched an internal investigation and hired independent cybersecurity experts to assist.

The investigation revealed that an unauthorized actor accessed the email account between July 9, 2025 and August 13, 2025, potentially downloading emails and attachments that included customer data.
