LG Electronics U.S.A. Data Breach

A recent data breach at LG Electronics U.S.A., Inc., in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, exposed the personal information of 373 people. LG’s investigation found that names, Social Security numbers, personal email addresses and payroll details were affected. Law enforcement has been notified, and so far, there are no reports of further misuse.

To assist those affected, LG is offering two years of free credit monitoring through Experian. Impacted individuals have until January 31, 2025, to enroll in this service. Affected individuals have been notified by email and U.S. mail.
