KTBS Law Data Breach

KTBS has reported a data security incident involving unauthorized access to its network between December 7 and December 12, 2023. After a thorough forensic investigation and manual document review, it was determined on October 21, 2024, that some personal information may have been accessed or acquired by unauthorized actors.

The investigation has not found evidence of misuse for identity theft. However, KTBS advises affected individuals to monitor their financial accounts and credit reports for any unusual activity. Steps such as placing a fraud alert, and setting a security freeze on credit files, are also recommended. KTBS is also offering affected individuals complimentary identity theft protection services.
