On November 2, 2023, Infosys McCamish Systems (IMS) discovered a ransomware attack that encrypted certain systems and exposed sensitive personal information. The unauthorized activity occurred between October 29, 2023, and November 2, 2023. IMS immediately initiated an investigation with the assistance of third-party cybersecurity experts, and notified law enforcement to aid in their response.
