On August 8, 2024, OnePoint Patient Care detected a suspicious activity on their computer network, prompting an internal investigation to identify and contain the issue. A forensic security firm was engaged to further investigate the breach. By August 15, 2024, it was confirmed that an unauthorized third party had accessed the network and potentially acquired sensitive information between August 6 and August 8, 2024.While there is no evidence to suggest that information has been misused, affected individuals are encouraged to activate the complimentary credit monitoring service offered through Experian IdentityWorks.
