This notice is being issued in compliance with applicable notification requirements and will be updated with any new significant developments.

Episciences Data Breach Details

On April 29, 2025, Episciences identified suspicious activity within its network. Upon discovery, the company immediately launched an investigation to assess the extent of the breach. The investigation determined that an unauthorized party gained access to certain files on the Episciences network between April 27, 2025, and April 29, 2025. During this time, these files may have been copied by the unauthorized actor.

Episciences thoroughly reviewed all potentially impacted files to determine the nature of the information involved and to whom it pertained. This review was completed on June 3, 2025, and it was confirmed that the information potentially affected includes the name and Social Security Number of the impacted individual. To date, no evidence of fraudulent use of the data has been found.
