Horizon Behavioral Health Data Breach Details
The incident, which began around March 13, 2025, and was discovered on March 16, 2025, involved unauthorized access to Horizon’s computer systems. The breach was promptly addressed, and cybersecurity experts were engaged to investigate the event.
