IMPAXX Data Breach

Allocation Services, Inc., operating as IMPAXX, announced a data breach incident involving the unauthorized retention of personal information by a former employee. In April 2024, IMPAXX became aware that a former employee may have retained sensitive data after their employment ended. By May 30, 2024, the company confirmed that the individual had indeed kept certain personal information related to services IMPAXX provided, primarily concerning workers’ compensation and liability injury claims. The former employee has since confirmed that they have either returned or deleted the data. As of now, there is no evidence that the data was shared with third parties, nor have there been reports of identity theft or fraud related to this incident.
