- Medical Questionnaire or Purchase: You completed a medical questionnaire or quiz and purchased health-related products or medications through Ro’s website within the past two years.

- Review Your Ro Activity: Confirm your account creation date and whether you completed medical questionnaires or scheduled telehealth services.
- Gather Documentation: Collect screenshots, receipts, emails, or appointment confirmations showing your use of Ro’s services.
