Gary Klinger is a nationally recognized data privacy attorney and Senior Partner at Milberg. He has served as lead or co-lead counsel in more than thirty privacy-related class actions and has experience on both the plaintiff and defense sides, including representing Fortune 100 companies earlier in his career.

Mr. Klinger’s practice spans data breaches, ransomware attacks, unlawful data collection, and violations of key privacy laws such as BIPA, CCPA, TCPA, and GDPR. He also represents consumers in class actions and mass arbitration involving false advertising, defective products, consumer fraud, and antitrust violations.
