How to Tell the Risk Level of a Data Breach

There are different types of data breaches, and what I’m talking about is in relation to the type of information that is breached. You can have a breach that is very serious and very sensitive, involving Social Security numbers or sensitive personal health information, or you could have ones that are less serious, with a lot less risk to the individual, such as name, address, and date of birth.
