Documented Out-of-Pocket Losses: If you incurred financial expenses because of the data breach, you may be eligible for up to $5,000 in reimbursement. This includes costs for credit monitoring services, reports, identity theft resolution, bank fees, replacement IDs, and postage. You must submit valid documentation—such as receipts or bank statements—for any losses incurred between July 17, 2023, and October 19, 2026.
Reimbursement for Lost Time: Dealing with the aftermath of a breach takes time. If you spent hours changing passwords, researching the incident, or monitoring your accounts, you can claim payment for up to three hours of lost time at a rate of $17.50 per hour.
Flat Cash Payout: If you prefer not to document specific losses or simply want a straightforward payment, you may opt for a $50 cash award. No proof of loss is required to choose this option.
One Year of Credit Monitoring: All settlement class members have the right to elect one year of CyEx Identity Defense Complete. This service includes dark web monitoring, credit tracking, and identity theft insurance, which can help you stay protected against future unauthorized activity.
You may be eligible to participate in the settlement if you reside in the United States and received a formal notice from the Anixter Center stating that your personal information was impacted by the July 2023 data breach.
The settlement class is comprised of approximately 6,238 people who received such notification. If you believe you were affected but are unsure if you are in the class, you can check your records for the original notice letter or email sent by the Anixter Center.
