The lawsuit alleged that the Washington-based provider failed to implement sufficient cybersecurity safeguards to prevent a multi-day ransomware attack in January 2025. This attack resulted in unauthorized access to personally identifiable information (PII) and protected health information (PHI).
Settlement class members may file claims to receive:
- Up to $5,000 for documented out-of-pocket losses, including costs for credit monitoring, identity theft, bank fees, postage, or notary charges. Proof of loss is required.
- Pro rata cash payments from any remaining settlement funds after all other expenses and benefits are distributed. Proof is not required for this payment.
