Class Action U’s partnership with KO Lawyers is headed by Jeff Ostrow. Jeff is the managing partner of KO Lawyers and the head of the class action department where he maintains a full-time position as a national and state-level class action attorney.
He currently acts as lead counsel in numerous class actions around the country pertaining to misleading insurance practices, privacy violations, antitrust violations, wrongful assessment of bank fees, and other consumer protection claims.
To date, Jeff has successfully recovered over $1,000,000,000 in class action suits. In many of these cases, he has also been able to successfully change the way industries and major corporations do business. These changes have resulted in billions of dollars in savings for consumers.
Mr. Ostrow is also a member of the Public Justice Foundation, American Bar Association, and the founder and President of Class Action Lawyers of America.
