Some customers allege that Slice Solutions failed to disclose the full cost of their order upfront and mandatory platform fees were not revealed until the final checkout page. When placing an order through the Slice app or website, some customers claim the item prices shown during browsing and in their cart did not include the mandatory $1.99 “service fee” or $0.95 “support local fee.” The claims allege this was misleading and deceptive under consumer protection laws.
