Jeff Ostrow is an accomplished trial attorney with extensive experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes litigation. He has successfully tried numerous multimillion-dollar cases to verdict in state and federal courts and currently serves as lead counsel in nationwide and statewide class actions against major financial institutions involving the unlawful assessment of fees. His work has led to more than $500 million in recoveries for tens of millions of bank and credit union customers, along with significant reforms in industry fee practices.

Ostrow has also served as lead Class Counsel in consumer actions involving major airlines, retailers, universities, insurers, technology companies, and oil conglomerates, while also defending class actions for global advertising agencies, banking institutions, real estate developers, and mortgage companies.

He is a lifetime member of the prestigious Million Dollar Advocates Forum and has been repeatedly recognized among Florida’s top lawyers by Super Lawyers®, Florida Legal Elite, and Lifestyle Media Group®’s Leaders in Law. He has also been named a finalist for the South Florida Business Journal® Key Partners Award.
