If you threw your data breach notice out, that’s okay. If you’re certain you got it, we can still represent you. You can either contact the company that sent you the letter and tell them that you would like to get a duplicate copy of it, or if you hire a lawyer and you’re certain you got a letter, the lawyer can get a duplicate copy or confirm that you were a member of the class that got the letter and are part of the breach.
