How We Can Help

Class Action U is here to help you understand your rights and get you in touch with a skilled attorney who can guide you through the legal process.

What You Can Do

If you placed an order through the 1-800-FLOWERS website or app on or after May 1, 2022, take action now by filling out the form linked below to find out whether you may qualify to pursue a legal claim.

Some customers claim that 1-800-FLOWERS didn’t tell them about a mandatory service fee until the very last step of checkout. Allegedly, many customers paid the extra charge without realizing they hadn’t agreed to it upfront. The claims allege this was misleading and deceptive under consumer protection laws.

If you meet the following criteria, you may be eligible to participate in the arbitration process and may be eligible to pursue a legal claim:

  1. Age Requirement: You are 18 years or older.
  2. 1-800-FLOWERS Customer: You ordered and paid for flowers or merchandise through the 1-800-FLOWERS website or app on or after May 1, 2022.
  3. Not a Celebrations Passport Member: You were not enrolled in the 1-800-FLOWERS Celebrations Passport membership (the subscription that includes free shipping) at the time of your order.

If you believe you have been impacted, here’s what you can do:

  1. Gather Your Documentation: Locate any available order receipts, confirmation emails or texts, screenshots of your order history, or bank and credit card records showing a service fee was charged on your 1-800-FLOWERS order(s).
  2. Provide Your Order Details: Have your order number, order date, and the email address or phone number associated with your 1-800-FLOWERS account ready when completing the form.
  3. Complete the Form: If you believe you qualify, complete the form and submit your documentation to learn if you may qualify to pursue compensation.
