Microsoft 365

If you renewed your Microsoft 365 subscription after November 1, 2024, you may be eligible to take legal action.
What happened?

Microsoft allegedly misled customers during the renewal process for Microsoft 365 subscriptions by not clearly disclosing an option to maintain the old, lower-priced plans without the new Copilot AI feature. Some users claim that Microsoft required them to accept a price increase or cancel their subscription entirely.

How We May Help

What You Can Do

If you renewed your Microsoft 365 subscription after November 1, 2024, and were not fully informed about the pricing options or Copilot AI integration, take action now by filling out the form below to see if you may qualify.
