Some customers claim that 1-800-FLOWERS didn’t tell them about a mandatory service fee until the very last step of checkout. Allegedly, many customers paid the extra charge without realizing they hadn’t agreed to it upfront. The claims allege this was misleading and deceptive under consumer protection laws.

- 1-800-FLOWERS Customer: You ordered and paid for flowers or merchandise through the 1-800-FLOWERS website or app on or after May 1, 2022.
- Not a Celebrations Passport Member: You were not enrolled in the 1-800-FLOWERS Celebrations Passport membership (the subscription that includes free shipping) at the time of your order.
