How We Can Help

Class Action U is here to help you understand your rights and get you in touch with a skilled attorney who can guide you through the legal process.

What You Can Do

If you have a Grant Money account and received a Cash Advance through their app, take action now by filling out the form linked below to find out whether you may qualify to pursue a legal claim.

Some customers allege that Grant Money failed to clearly disclose the true cost of its Cash Advance product upfront. Specifically, customers claim that despite advertising “zero interest” and “no hidden fees,” Grant Money allegedly charged Express Delivery fees of up to $21 for same-day Cash Advances and a $9.99 monthly Plus subscription fee. The claims allege this was misleading and deceptive under consumer protection laws.

If you meet the following criteria, you may be eligible to participate in the arbitration process and may be eligible to pursue a legal claim:

  1. Age Requirement: You are 18 years or older.
  2. Grant Money Account Holder: You have or had a Grant Money account and received cash through their Cash Advance product.
  3. Fees Paid: You paid an Express Delivery fee to receive your Cash Advance faster, and/or signed up for a Grant Money Plus subscription believing it was required to receive a Cash Advance.

If you believe you have been impacted, here’s what you can do:

  1. Gather Your Documentation: Locate any available screenshots of your Grant Money account, bank statements showing a Cash Advance deposit or deduction, or proof of a Grant Money Plus subscription payment.
  2. Provide Your Account Details: Have the email address associated with your Grant Money account and your account number (if available) ready when completing the form.
  3. Complete the Form: If you believe you qualify, complete the form and submit your documentation to learn if you may qualify to pursue compensation.
