Some customers allege that Grant Money failed to clearly disclose the true cost of its Cash Advance product upfront. Specifically, customers claim that despite advertising “zero interest” and “no hidden fees,” Grant Money allegedly charged Express Delivery fees of up to $21 for same-day Cash Advances and a $9.99 monthly Plus subscription fee. The claims allege this was misleading and deceptive under consumer protection laws.
