Amazon Flex

If you worked as an Amazon Flex or Amazon Fresh driver within the last two years, you may have been misclassified as an independent contractor and may be eligible to take legal action.
What happened?

Some Amazon drivers allege that Amazon misclassified Amazon Flex and Amazon Fresh drivers as independent contractors instead of employees. As a result, drivers may not have received overtime pay, expense reimbursement, or employee protections they may have been entitled.

How We Can Help

Class Action U is here to help you understand your rights and get you in touch with a skilled attorney who can guide you through the legal process.

What You Can Do

If you worked as an Amazon Flex or Amazon Fresh driver within the last two years and incurred unreimbursed expenses, you may qualify to pursue a legal claim. Fill out the form below for more information on how you may qualify.

Some drivers allege that Amazon required them to complete deliveries through the Amazon Flex app using “blocks” or “instant offers” while still controlling key parts of how the work was performed. Drivers also allege they had to cover their own costs, including fuel, maintenance, and insurance, without reimbursement.

If you meet the following criteria, you may be eligible to participate in the arbitration process and may be eligible to pursue a legal claim:

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You completed at least one delivery through Amazon Flex or Amazon Fresh within the last two years
  • You used your own vehicle to complete deliveries
  • You incurred unreimbursed work expenses (such as gas, maintenance, or insurance)
  • You can provide proof of deliveries (screenshots, pay records, or Amazon emails)

If you believe you have been impacted, here’s what you can do:

  • Submit Documentation: Upload proof of deliveries such as screenshots, pay records, or emails from Amazon
  • Complete the Form: Fill out the form to see if you may qualify
